  • We provide a thorough consultation to discuss your concerns and goals and provide all of the necessary information you need to make an informed decision regarding appointments.

    Our trained medical professionals will guide you each step of the way to ensure you are as comfortable as possible for your appointment.

  • The duration of treatments can vary from person to person.

    Several factors that can influence longevity include:

    • Metabolism: The rate in which your body metabolises can impact results

    • Muscle Activity: The targeted muscles activity and strength can impact how long results persist.

    • Frequency: Regularly scheduled consultations may lead to prolonged effects.

    • Lifestyle factors: Smoking, excessive sun exposure.

    • No alcohol consumption for 24 hours prior

    • Cease fish oils 2 weeks prior

    • No Aspirin, Nurofen or blood thinning anti-inflammatories the day before

    • No dental work 4 weeks before or post

    • Please consult your medical professional if you take blood thinners prior

    • Where possible, please attend your appointment with no make-up

  • You will be provided with post-treatment care during your consultation.

    Please contact the clinic if you have any questions or concerns post treatment.

    • If the patient has had, or are planning on having their Covid-19 Vaccination two weeks prior or post

    • If we believe the patient is not ready or suitable

    • If the patient presents with a cold sore on the area

    • If the patient has severe acne on the area

    • If the patient is prescribed antibiotics for facial/oral infection within the last two weeks

    • If the patient is pregnant or breastfeeding

    • Only available to those 18 years and above

    It is also important to understand that multiple consultations may be needed to achieve desired result. Individual results vary and it is not a one size fits all scenario.

  • As per the TGA guidelines, we are unable to advertise treatment names and pricing. Please book in a consultation to discuss treatment options and pricing.

  • In accordance with Australian prescribing regulations, a $30 prescribing fee applies to every cosmetic medicine appointment. Your prescription is valid for 12 months — a renewal fee applies annually, or when an additional treatment is scripted for the first time.
